CERTIFIED Executive coach & Consultant

MY APPROACH:

I’m a systems thinker, creative storyteller, and process designer who listens deeply and sees possibilities. I support the design of intentional processes. These abilities help me connect dots and work with clients to discover opportunities and understand challenges.

I care about the power of words, the possibilities that stories and imagery create, and the impact good questions can have. I also know that we are impacted by the systems and stories that surround us. My inquiry-grounded skillset supports clients in situating themselves within larger narratives and also within their own narrative.

In addition to being a certified Executive Coach, I hold an M.A. in Media Studies from Concordia University and a B.A in Political Philosophy from the University of Victoria.

Let’s work together

COACHING:

Coaching, as a form of thought partnership, creates a space for curiosity, self-reflection, and vulnerability–all of which help all of us become better leaders, colleagues, partners, and friends. Additionally, these actions help us become better listeners, more creative thinkers, and, ideally, help us to become more aligned with ourselves.

Consulting:

  • Workshop design and facilitation

  • Organizational strategy

  • Process design

  • Impact and evaluation

  • Proposal writing

I am a proud member & supporting founder of the IECC Exchange and am committed to ongoing professional development and learning around anti-racism, justice, equity, diversity and inclusion.

I completed my Executive Coaching training with Royal Roads University, a program certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
